The Red Rooster Hair Studio, LLC located at 9403 Greenwood Rd. opened July 5, 2011 for

business. The Studio is owned and  operated by Judy Sievers and offers  hair cuts for men,

women and children.  Hair color is also available. The Red Rooster Hair Studio is a new

adventure for customers to enjoy being pampered, spoiled and  down to earth good service.

The new look for the building is a country inspired atmosphere that sets a relaxing mood

for the client to enjoy during their stay. This is a great asset for Greenwood  citizens to enjoy.

The Frozen Frog

Location….Off of the unbeaten track– 9220 Ellerbe Rd. Shreveport

Ronny and Jody Walker are the real thing.  They sell a trucking company, go on vacation to Arkansas and come back with a new business.  I refer to he Frozen Frog, no it’s not a green hopping thing but a bowl full of delicious frozen yogurt with you favorite topping.  Their product is pasteurized  and homogenized— not a powder.  The Frozen Frog does have something for everyone.  There are 12 flavors, 62 toppings and six twist blends. There are also low fat nonfat offerings along with sugar free flavors.  Toppings include nuts, fresh fruit and homemade granola made by special vendor Aidan’s Place.  The yogurt has live active cultures, which Ronny said is good for probiotics and the stomach.
